CHRISTMAS DOUBLES WORKSHOPS When: Mon 15th Dec Time: 6.30-7.30pm Where: Studio 4 All Dance Levels: All levels (newbies welcome ) Our first doubles workshop is aimed towards students wanting to learn the basics of synchronised aerial hoop- we will go through a series of fun simple poses that can be performed with 2 people working in unison in the hoop- all are welcome to join us- no matter your previous experience! Bring a friend or come and make friends in class! This workshop is a great way to learn to mirrored synchronised aerial hoop poses with others, gain body awareness and explore the art of doubles hoop! Hoops are rigged low so everyone can get in with ease to try create a fun sequences .Students are encouraged to come in festive attire- or whatever you feel comfortable in . CANCELLATION: One off workshops must be cancelled within 72 hours of start time for a refund FORMS TO SIGN BEFORE CLASS You must fill out our 'Medical Questionnaire' & 'Liability Waiver Form', prior to your first class. You can do this before or after you book via the 'Forms' section on the website. You must complete both forms to attend any class. Cancellation Policy
TRANSFER/CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY If you would like to transfer a class or cancel for a refund, it must be done within these time frames: Drop in classes/ private tuition: 24 hours (before start of class time) Specialist or one off workshops: 72 hours (before start of class time) Courses: 5 days (before start of first class time) Package plans: May be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase if you change your mind, after 24 hours of purchase you may not cancel, postpone or transfer No refunds or transfers will be permitted outside of the free cancellation policy timeframe. 'NO SHOWS' & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY If you are late or do not show up to your pre booked class or course for whatever reason, you will not be refunded. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS All bookings cannot be swapped or sold on to another party-If you would like to purchase a class or course as a gift ,please message PRIOR to booking to arrange the details. All bookings are solely made for the purchaser (unless bought as a gift or voucher) and dates specified for the specific class(es) you have booked. All vouchers are non refundable and non transferable, they are only valid for the recipient and must be used within 6 months of purchase, if you have a very specific time and date you would like a 1-2-1 please arrange prior to purchase to check availability. REFUNDS Refunds for classes cancelled within the T&C may take up to 5-7 working days to be cleared back into your account.
