FESTIVE FLOOR : PT 1 Floorwork Flows Time: Fri 12th/ 6.15-7.15pm £16 FESTIVE FLOOR : PT 2 Flex & Floor shapes Time: Fri 12th/ 7.15-8.15pm £16 ( if you’d like to buy both, you can get 10% off both workshops with code ‘FLOOR10’ Where: Studio4 All Dance Level: Mixed (all welcome) These workshops are a fun way to feel festive and work on a mix of ground based flexibility, floorwork flows and acro balance inspired poses. During these workshops we will dedicate the warmup towards stretching and mobility exercises and then moving onto our main floor sections. PART 1: FLOORWORK FLOWS We will be learning a series of poses than can be linked together into a sequence. Students will be given the chance to put their own sequence together and film at the end of our session PART 2: FLEX & FLOOR SHAPES No flex experience necessary, but we will be trying out some fun floor based poses- this can include variations of headstands/handstands/splits and more. We will be working solo and in duo’s & trios to create some fun counterbalance shapes together for a picture perfect moment (think insta worthy shapes for the gram !) We encourage students to dress up for the occasion (but please be aware you need to move, bend and warm up so you need an outfit that won’t be restrictive) - You are welcome to bring heels to film in for both workshops, (but some poses in our 2nd workshop will not be suitable for heels) FORMS TO SIGN BEFORE CLASS You must fill out our 'Medical Questionnaire' & 'Liability Waiver Form', prior to your first class. You can do this before or after you book via the 'Forms' section on the website. You must complete both forms to attend any class.
