GROUP B: CHRISTMAS SHOWCASE

Christmas Showcase Course Fridays , Nov 7th- Dec 5th: 11am-12pm Showcase Rehearsals: 4.30pm-6.30pm (you will be allocated a time slot ) Showcase: 12th December , 6.45-8.15pm Venue: studio4all dance, Ralli Hall Level: All levels (Beginners must have attended a minimum of 6 drop in classes) We welcome students to join us to create their own acts for our Christmas Showcase! Unlike our regular classes, students will be free to arrive in their own time and responsible for their own warm up and cool down. Each week you’ll be guided by your instructor to put together your very own aerial piece with the chance to film your routine with or without an audience during showcase day. Students will be given weekly check ins, scheduling and feedback each week in order to produce your best piece! Choose to perform either a solo or a duo! * Duos Please Read* You can opt to perform either sharing one piece of equipment, or with one hoop each. Students wanting a synchronised duo on TWO hoops must book their own individual places on this course in order to reserve their own piece of equipment and practice at the same time. Duo’s wanting to perform flyer/base & synchronised routines on ONE piece of equipment should book one space and then get in touch with the additional students name to arrange a surcharge payment of £60 for the 2nd person. On Sat 12th December, each act will have a final run through/dress rehearsal. If you do not wish to showcase in front of others , you are welcome to film your final piece during this time. Act Info: Any genre, any costume, heels only permitted for low aerial, high aerial acts must have a crash mat. No messy acts inc liquid or confetti. Acts must be under 3mins 30 seconds . Students must have chosen their track before their first session. Cancellation Policy
TRANSFER/CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY If you would like to transfer a class or cancel for a refund, it must be done within these time frames: Drop in classes/ private tuition: 24 hours (before start of class time) Specialist or one off workshops: 72 hours (before start of class time) Courses: 5 days (before start of first class time) Package plans: May be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase if you change your mind, after 24 hours of purchase you may not cancel, postpone or transfer No refunds or transfers will be permitted outside of the free cancellation policy timeframe. 'NO SHOWS' & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY If you are late or do not show up to your pre booked class or course for whatever reason, you will not be refunded. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS All bookings cannot be swapped or sold on to another party-If you would like to purchase a class or course as a gift ,please message PRIOR to booking to arrange the details. All bookings are solely made for the purchaser (unless bought as a gift or voucher) and dates specified for the specific class(es) you have booked. All vouchers are non refundable and non transferable, they are only valid for the recipient and must be used within 6 months of purchase, if you have a very specific time and date you would like a 1-2-1 please arrange prior to purchase to check availability. REFUNDS Refunds for classes cancelled within the T&C may take up to 5-7 working days to be cleared back into your account.
